Self Care Sunday Sessions are back by demand. With each SCSS we showcase a different yoga instructor and this time we have Ediomi. She describes her style as more of a “yoga stretch”. Where she starts with conscious breath, then flows into stretches that evolve into a full salutation. Which means this class is perfect for all levels. As always we will incorporate journaling & meditation and a group excercise. So grab your yoga mat (if you don’t have one fret not pick one up at Five Below for only $5).
